Atomic payroll APIs vs. Argyle

Argyle started their payroll APIs business by focusing on accessing payroll data within the gig economy. This was for the purpose of verification of employment and income

Atomic offers this same service and our payroll connectivity covers a robust set of gig economy platforms, including employers such as Doordash, Uber, Lyft, Upwork, and Amazon.

How do Atomic’s payrolls APIs differ from Argyle?

Although Argyle does offer direct deposit switching as a secondary product, their focus on income and employment verification has left that product as more of an afterthought.

Atomic’s payroll APIs enables your end customers, consumers, to connect their payroll account using their payroll account credentials to securely set up or update the destination bank of their direct deposits in real-time. Further, Atomic offers token-based authentication and password protected forms of authentication for added security. Our deposit API also supports fractional direct deposit switching enabling consumers to update all or a portion of their direct deposit.
