US Bank’s automated direct deposit switching powered by Atomic

U.S. Bank is pushing the boundaries of innovation as the first large bank to automate direct deposit switching with the recent launch of their DIY direct deposit feature powered by Atomic.

Instead of manually filling out routing and account numbers to set up a direct deposit, US Bank clients will be able to automate the process from within the bank’s website and app by searching for and logging in with their payroll provider. This speeds up an otherwise tedious routine, helping their clients save time and simplify banking. The feature is available to clients opening new U.S. Bank Smartly® Checking or Safe Debit checking accounts.
