CoAuth flow improvements

Fewer screens between Atomic and the ADP SDK, better handling of members who cannot make changes, and lower latency.

  • Removed the unnecessary “let’s find your payroll account” screen
  • Members using the prescreen endpoint deep-link straight to their next step
  • Smoother transition from Atomic into the ADP SDK
  • The ADP CoAuth success screen is skipped, and the Atomic success screen no longer shows an incorrect amount
  • Better handling of members who are not found, or found but not allowed to make changes
