Impact
- Manage Actions: API change — Transact.presentAction() and ActionConfig have been removed. Customers running Manage actions should now call Transact.present() directly with a regular Config. The SDK detects headless action tasks from the config and skips showing the WebView UI automatically.

- Fixed headless action detection so it works for token-based configs
