Impact
iOS SDK upgrade (3.36.1 → 3.37.0)
- Bottom buttons in embedded pages respond on the first tap. On iOS 26 and 27, buttons near the bottom of some third-party pages, such as Plaid, could highlight when tapped but not activate until the user scrolled. Taps now register right away.
- Native login no longer hangs when a page navigates mid-step. If a page navigated while the SDK was running a script on it, that step could wait forever. It now finishes and continues on the new page.
- Sessions are cleaned up when they close. Fixed an issue that could leave a session open instead of cleaning it up when it closed.
Android SDK upgrade (3.26.0 → 3.27.0)
- Stored data requires a hardware-backed key. The SDK now checks that the key encrypting its local storage is backed by secure hardware (TEE or StrongBox). In release builds, a software-backed key (for example on a rooted device or custom ROM) is rejected and the SDK stops storing data on that device. Debuggable builds, including emulators, log a warning and keep working.
- Page events are more reliable. A stalled page handler can no longer stop page events or lose a page close.
