SmartAuth retired for most connectors

Connectors that relied on SmartAuth now route through TrueAuth or StandardAuth, or sit in maintenance mode while support is rebuilt.

SmartAuth completions had fallen steadily, so it is now off for every connector except Viventium. Connectors that previously depended on it are being remapped to TrueAuth or StandardAuth where the payroll system allows it.

Larger payroll systems without a replacement path have connector backlog tickets so support can be rebuilt: SAP SuccessFactors, Team eHub, Prism HR, and PeopleSoft.
